This cozy cottage is originally a small working-class chalet, which was completely renovated in 2017. The cottage is located right by the sea and is an ideal holiday home for a small family who wants to experience the Swedish archipelago life (Skärgårdslivet).

The cottage is located at the seabay Syrsan about 17 km from the summer resort Loftahammar, where tourist office, supermarket, restaurants, ice cream parlor, cafes, bakery and harbor are located. The cozy, summer town Västervik is a 40-minute drive away.

From the plot you can experience beautiful walks or bike and boat trips and with the cottage's location by the sea you can swim, fish and sail. Don’t you want to be active? In the natural surroundings of the cottage you can relax and the children will have plenty of space to play. Looking for more entertainment for the children? Then a visit to camping Gudingebadet (10 km) with a large playground and miniature golf at the sea is valuable.

You can rent a motor boat together with Stuga Hjulby. There is a jetty right at the cottage (shared with neighbours), from there you can explore Tjust's wonderful archipelago with its many inhabited and uninhabited islands. If you want to rent a motor boat, please indicate this at your booking.

Layout holiday home

This cozy cottage consists of 2 rooms + bathroom. The living room has a large table where you can eat or play games. In this room there is also a nice sitting area by the fireplace. Old details are careful conserved and the old roof rails are visible. Inside the living room there is also a simple kitchen, with fridge, two hotplates, microwave and coffee maker. In the second room there is a second sitting area by a fireplace, where you can enjoy the view or relax. The cottage has a nice and fresh bathroom, with sink, shower and toilet. Opportunities to sleep are in the living room and the other room. You can rebuild both sofas into a double bed.
