Insurance damage to lodgings

If you accidentally damage something in your holiday house, then damage to lodgings coverage provides outcome. Coverage includes damage to the building, furniture, playground equipment and swimming pool in the garden, which belongs to private use at the property. The cover is a maximum of € 2,500 and the premium is only 1,5% of the rent (+ 21% insurance tax). Such damages are generally not covered by the Dutch liability.
