Approximately 500 meters from Loftahammar (close to all facilities and close to the golf course) 'Smedjan' is situated, a parcel of over 2.500m2, containing three apartments. 'Smedjan' (the blacksmith's shop) originates from 1890 when the smith of the village settled here. Until 1999 'Smedjan' actually was a smith's shop. This is still reflected in the wrought iron on the front of the 'old' house, unique wrought iron swing and arbor in the garden. The original house of the blacksmith and his forge still are on the premises. In 2009 a new house was built here.

All three units of 'Smedjan' are for rent: the original house of the blacksmith (Huset Smedjan), the new house (Villa Smedjan) and the apartment (Stuga Smedjan) in the old forge. Because of the size of the rocky parcel, every house has it's own privacy. From the plot you can see a small glimpse of the sea. The surrounding grass provides enough space for a game of badminton or football and there is a lot of space for children to play.

Villa Smedjan is the most spacious en luxurious house we have on the Smedjan. Because of the excellent insulation and the triple pane windows, this house can be occupied during all seasons.

Layout holiday home

On the ground floor is a luxury dining kitchen (equipped with coffee maker, electric stove, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher) and a spacious living room with fireplace. There is a toilet and you can use the washing machine in the laundry room.

The open staircase in the living room takes you to the first floor. There you will find 4 bedrooms (4 x twin beds) and 2 bathrooms (1 x shower, sink, bath and toilet, and 1x shower and sink).

Outside you can use the spacious, child safe terrace with garden furniture.
