A typically Swedish house descending from the beginning of the previous century, however equipped with all the modern comforts you need. Truly uniquely located only 50 metres from the sea. In the boathouse you will find your private boat ready to use!

In the middle of the woods you will find the large 8000m2 parcel of the Söderlund family. Here the vastness of the archipelago with its thousands of islands reveals itself. You can use the boat for an exploratory trip right away if you want to! However you can also take your time to unpack first, because this boat is available to you during your entire stay!

Layout holiday home

On the ground floor is a kitchen (equipped with coffee maker, electric stove, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher) and a spacious living room with fireplace. There is a bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) and you can use the washer and dryer in the pantry. The first floor houses 2 bedrooms (2 x twin beds).
