This beautiful house is uniquely located looking out over the open sea! Hotel Villan used to be part of a luxury spa.

Approximately 1500 meters of Loftahammar (close to all facilities andclose to the golf course) Hotel Villan is situated in the ancient and authentic part of Källvik. Källvik is a former spa and is now a small holidaypark. You will benefit from the shared facilities in the park, such as 2 beaches and a tennis court.

The plot has an expansive view of the sea and the surrounding grass provides enough space for a game of badminton. There is lots of space for the children to play.

Layout holiday home

On the ground floor is a luxurious kitchen (equipped with coffee maker, electric stove, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher), a separate dining room adjoining the kitchen, overlooking the sea, and a spacious living room. The kitchen opens onto a large south-facing terrace, overlooking the bay. Garden furniture and barbecue are available.

Through the staircase in the hall you will get to the first floor. There you will find 3 bedrooms (2 x twin beds, 1 x twin beds and extra single bed) and 1 bathroom (shower, sink and toilet).

In the garden you will find a Friggebo (guesthouse) which also has another 2 beds.
