Directions to SWEEDS
In our experience, this is the fastest way to Sweeds, from Hamburg.
Follow route A1 all the way through Puttgarden, at the northeast coast of Germany. From there you can take the ferry to Rødby, Denmark (check departure times here).
Once you have arrived in Denmark continue route E47/E55 to Copenhagen. When you approach Copenhagen follow the directions to route E20 to Malmö. After a 17 kilometre long (toll) bridge you will enter Sweden, where you can continue on route E4/E20 to Helsingborg/Göteborg. Approaching Helsingborg follow route E4 to Stockholm. When you reach the small city Värnamo take exit 127 to Vetlanda. When you reach the city Savsjösla turn left to enter route 128 to Eksjö/Nässjö. Reaching the T-junction, turn right to enter route 40 to Västervik. When you have passed the city Frödinge (after Vimmerby) on route 40, follow the directions to ‘Blackstad’ (turn left). When you have reached Blackstad take the exit to Gambleby and follow this route all the way until you have reached route E22 at Gambleby. Enter route E22 to Norrköping/Linköping and take exit Loftahammar. After approximately 17 kilometres you will have reached the village.
Once you have arrived in Lotahammar proceed the road you are on until you have reached the junction near the supermarket ICA (on the right side of the junction). Across from the supermarket, on the left side of the junction, you will find the Sweeds reception desk. Here you can check in and pick up your keys.
